A SOCIAL revolution is under way with the emergence of a new form of committed relationship in which couples do everything together while maintaining separate housesholds.

Known as Living Apart Together, or LAT, a British study of the phenomenon found a million couples are partners without marrying or living together.

I do yearn for the day I meet that perfect special someone and we share our lives together – and then I go home.
