It was just two days ago when I posted about the the ruling on the separation agreement between Steven Green and David Gonzalez. Green has quickly landed back in the news:

Real estate speculator Steven Green, 41, could be sentenced up to eight years in a federal prison for failing to pay taxes and using a phony Social Security number on a multimillion-dollar loan the New York Post reports.

Green was once named one of the city’s worst landlords and spent nearly a month in jail for failing to provide tenants in with heat and hot water.

A spokesperson for the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development tells the Post that Green still owes the city $2,238,589 in outstanding judgments
