Page B4 of December 24th’s Richmond Times-Dispatch featured an advertisement containing the signatures of 44 ministers who say they will “continue the long-standing, historic United Methodist practice of accepting into membership all who will take the vows of faith of our United Methodist tradition.” The ministers used their own money to pay for the $3000 ad.
