The producers of “Queer Eye for the Straight Guy” are looking for queer makeover candidates who live within a 30-mile radius of New York City and fit into one of these categories:

* a gay man who’s about to come out to friends and family
* Fab Five wannabes who happen to be in their teens
* a lesbian who welcomes a total physical makeover, finally
