Gay Marriage Heads to Court Again in California
Setting aside the ruling of a Califonia appellate court stating “the state can stick to the traditional definition of marriage as long as it continues to grant substantially equal rights to same-sex couples who register as domestic partners,” California’s Supreme Court will decide if the state’s law defining marriage as the union of a man and a woman is unconstitutional.
