Atlanta’s Pink Eye Indie Queer Movie Salon Presents XX BOYS Night – TOMORROW
Pink Eye, Atlanta’s new queer movie series hosted at Eyedrum Gallery, will present “an evening of hot movies about boys with something XXtra” on October 4th at 7:30 P.M.
From Pink Eye‘s MySpace blog:
Some boys have something extra. Come check ’em out at “XX Boys”, the October 4th screening of PinkEye indie queer movie salon at Eyedrum Gallery. Pink Eye salon presents movies about boys with something XXtra, plus a full evening of salon entertainment: drag kings, a live DJ, food and drink.
Featuring: ‘By Hook or By Crook’ (2002 Sundance Selection, by Harriet Dodge & Silas Howard) an awesome buddy movie starring two quirky butch/trans guys. Also, several absolutely stunning hot-hot-hot butch/trans shorts: ‘Phineas Slipped’ by cutting edge filmmaker Oakie Treadwell (SF), and ‘The Ride’ by Bill Basquin (SF).
By Hook or By Crook is one of my favorite films. Visit the By Hook or By Crook site here
Price: $6 or sliding scale
